Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

At VIVIKINI, every swimwear piece is handmade to order just for you. We create your bikini from scratch in your chosen size, style, and colour — because of this personalised process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong fit, or colour variations.
Please take care to check our size guide carefully before ordering. We are always happy to assist with sizing questions via email before you place your order.
If your swimwear arrives and you believe there is a fault with the product, or you require a size adjustment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Adjustments may be offered on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is:
